研究室簡介

我們的研究是想要回答演化生物學中一個基礎的問題—是什麼樣的遺傳變異造成近源種間的表型差異。在近源種中,不論是基因型或表型的改變都已被詳細研究,但兩者之間的連結並不清楚。要研究物種分化期間所累積的遺傳變異,其中一個方法是去研究造成生殖隔離(例如近源種間的棲地改變、生殖前隔離等等)的遺傳機制。我們主要的研究目標是利用遺傳學的方法,建立物種分歧期間基因型和表型改變之間的連結。
